BOARD ONLY: Ideas for upcoming programs

    Mental Health:
    Apps: Self-care apps and professional apps (not snappy, I know. Something will come to me later, I'm sure)
    How to evaluate self-care and mental health apps for effectiveness, downsides, etc.
    How to screen potential users for appropriateness:
    - usability for technology-challenged patients
    - access (free? Android/iOS?)
    - data/internet access for patient/provider (can it be used off-line?)
    Which apps are recommended?
    Which apps are tested/peer-reviewed?
    Which free apps fit the above?
    What to expect from use of these apps (Do they need to be combined with therapy, medication, etc.)?
    What apps could be helpful to maintaining a provider's mental health?
    Which apps are easy to use for the technology-challeneged?
    High tech vs low tech (e.g., dedicated apps produced by developers, vs journalling using Google Docs, etc.)
