PWC provides four educational programs (dinner included!) each year, designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest developments in medical, vocational, administrative and legal aspects of workers compensation. We offer CEUs for some of the most popular credentialing organizations in workers’ compensation! And for all programs, we offer certificates of attendance for you to use for organizations that accept non-approved credits.
PWC Members can attend for free each of the five educational programs (includes dinner), and receive a discount for the annual banquet held in March. Sponsorship and Flex Firm Memberships receive additional benefits (see below). Please visit our Events page (click here) for information on upcoming programs. Members are also notified via email (evite) in advance of each program.
Non-members can attend each program for $65 (again, dinner is included). But individual membership is only $10 more for the entire membership year (only $5 more during Early Bird Special, through 9/30), so if you think you might attend more than one program, we encourage you to join, and receive the other benefits of membership.
Contact information provided by our members is published in our annual PWC Directory. The PWC directory is a great networking and marketing tool. The directory is available to anyone, members and non-members alike, but only paid members are listed. (Other than the directory, we don’t sell or distribute our membership list.)

Types of Memberships
◊ Types of Memberships:
- Individual Memberships are $75 a year, $70 during our Early Bird Special (through 9/30/2019).
Please note that our non-member attendance cost is $65/educational program. So annual membership is a great deal!
… - Firm Memberships are $215 ($200 during EBS) for a 3-member package.
… - Flex Option: By adding the Flex Option to your Firm Membership for $50, your firm gains the flexibility in attendees at each PWC educational programs (January, May, September, and November). For example, let’s say your company has a single Firm Membership with three named members. Two of the members cannot make the November educational program, but two other company employees would like to go in their place. With the Flex Option your firm can send as many people to an educational program as you have memberships, regardless of whether the attendees are named members. Without the Flex Option only named members can attend. Company employees or coworkers who are not named members may attend, but each must pay the nonmember rate to attend that program (currently $65).
Plus, if you add the Flex Option to a Firm Membership, then any other memberships your company purchases automatically gain the Flex Option benefit.
For example:
Firm Membership + Flex Option + Platinum Sponsorship = Flexible Attendance for 4 employees to attend any of our educational programs!
(Total Cost: $265, or $250 during EBS)

- Our Gold ($225) and Platinum ($375) Sponsorships each include one membership. Additional sponsor benefits include an ad in our upcoming directory (half-page for Gold, full page for Platinum), and our Platinum Sponsors are given a link to their website on our PWC home page.
… - Our Diamond Sponsorship ($500) includes two memberships, plus additional sponsor benefits, including marketing opportunities (for more information, click here). Due to space constraints, the total number of Diamond Sponsorships is limited to seven, and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
