Special Instructions for Firm Membership registration:
A Firm Membership includes three employees from the same company. A form must be submitted for each of your 3 Firm members. Please be sure you have each member’s name, credentials, job title, email, phone number, and zip code before proceeding.
If, after submitting, you need to correct some information, please DO NOT FILL OUT ANOTHER FORM. Just send us a message via our “Contact Us” page with the corrected information.
Additional information:
- A Flex Firm Membership (Flex Attendance Option) allows a company to send another employee to a program for free if one of their registered Firm Members is unable to attend. The Flex option can be added to a 3-person Firm Membership for $50. Click here for more information.
- A Primary Phone Number is required for each member, even if it is the same for all three.
- If there is a website and fax number provided on only one form, it will be assumed to be the same for all Firm Members, unless specific information is provided for each Firm Member.
- After submitting the first of your three members, you can click on the “Submit another response” button to register another, or you can submit the other members at a later time. However, your Firm Membership is not complete until:
◦ Three members from your company have been registered

- PAYMENT: To pay for membership at any time, click here, or on the “PAYMENTS” link at the bottom of the page, or in the green bar at the top of our website. You can submit payment later, but memberships are not complete until payment is received.
